Charming waiting area exudes relaxed friendliness compared to other waiting areas I have been in which exude cheapness and practicality. Another thing that has struck me is that the staff seems to be friendly and responsible grownups, not what one so often sees these days where young people on staff seem to be over-stressed and underpaid as well as being under trained. A closing plus is ample parking.

Another excellent experience!! Ran late for my appointment unexpectedly. Monica took me in quickly finished my cleaning in the shorter time frame than expected, she’s always pleasant! Time was made for Dr. Winn to come in check everything over at the end of the appt., ensure a plan for my next appt. and connected face to face to discuss. Greeted with great customer service skills by Heidi at the front desk when you arrive and leave. 5 stars hands down!

from the start I have had nothing but the best care at Dr. Winn’s office. I hadn’t seen a dentist in over twenty years. My dentures were that old!! I am being treated with patience, kindness and skill. Best of all – the staff, including Dr. Winn, seems to have a similar sense of humor as myself. I so thoroughly enjoy the conversations we have while they are working with my teeth. I also am happy they accept my occasional tears (that I can’t hold back when I am happy)
