This practice is fantastic. Everybody is very friendly, helpful, nice, and accommodating. I actually switched practices a number of years ago and found a lot of relief in some of the cosmetic treatments that I received from Dr. Winn.
What I like most about Dr. Winn is that she’s upfront, honest, and she makes me feel comfortable. The staff is very great at Dr. Winn’s office. From the front receptionist down to the dental hygienist, everyone is just very nice and very welcoming and it’s just a great experience.
Process working with Dr. Winn was very easy. Quality of care at this practice has been very good. Everyone’s very friendly. Everyone’s very happy to see me when I come in and there are quick appointments. There’s nothing, just a follow-up and just a fitting and a cleaning of the mouth guard and in and out in a half hour.
I realize that a lot of people have anxiety, but coming here, it doesn’t feel that way because they get to know you so that while you’re able to talk, they’re going to be talking, they’re going to be asking questions.
She is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I think it’s the work is always great, and she explains things very well and I really like that. I like to know what’s going on and what procedures are going to be done. Communication is very good.
The most rewarding thing for me is when somebody leaves the office and they’re smiling and they’re happy about the treatment they received. That makes me feel good because my whole thing is caring for people, and I want to make sure they’re happy. When you leave smiling, that means you’re happy.
